Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee full finance function, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance.
• Work closely with operations to drive efficiency, costing, and profitability.
• Manage financial controls and reporting for both factory and farm operations.
• Strategic input into business planning and commercial decision-making.
• Lead and develop a finance team across multiple locations.
• Travel to farm site (1 week/month) for hands-on oversight and alignment.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• CA(SA) - fully qualified and registered.
• Minimum 5 years' post-articles experience, ideally within Manufacturing, FMCG, or Agri sectors.
• Strong operational finance exposure - not just reporting!
• Excellent leadership, commercial acumen, and hands-on approach.
