Senior Field Guide Luxury Lodge
Join our world-class team at a prestigious luxury lodge as a Senior Field Guide, where youll lead unforgettable safari experiences for our guests. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead game drives and guided bush walks, delivering safe, informative, and engaging experiences.
- Share expert knowledge of wildlife, ecosystems, and conservation with guests.
- Ensure all activities comply with safety standards and environmental practices.
- Host and interact with guests, creating an exceptional and personalised safari experience.
- Assist with training and mentoring junior guides.
- Contribute to the lodges conservation and guest engagement initiatives.
- FGASA Level 2 or higher (or equivalent), with all relevant qualifications and valid PDP.
- Proven experience as a Field Guide in a luxury lodge or 5-star safari environment.
- Excellent communication and hosting skills, with a guest-first mindset.
- Passionate about conservation and creating meaningful wildlife encounters.
- Ability to work flexible hours and in a remote, team-focused environment.
