Job Description
Job Title: Senior Farm Manager Location: Richmond, KZN Type of Employment: Full-Time Salary: R 35 000 to R 40 000 per month Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as Farm Manager located in Richmond. The Farm Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the farm operations, including irrigation, crop cultivation, poultry management, and livestock management. The Farm Manager will also be responsible for staff management and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Requirements:
- Matric
- Agricultural diploma/degree preferred
- Preferably able to speak Zulu
- Minimum 3 yearsxe2x80x99 experience
- Willing to work long hours and weekends
- Must be a team player and able to work well under pressure
- Competent in record keeping
- Sober habits
- Experience in: Sugarcane, beef, timber, kiwi's, veggies and maize farm
- Basic mechanical knowledge
- General maintenance
