Job Description
Introduction
A leading construction company, based in Silverton, Pretoria is looking for a Senior Estimator with 3-5 years' experience to join their dynamic team.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing detailed cost estimates & tenders for electrical projects.
- Analyze drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements and risks.
- Collaborate with project managers and quantity surveyors to gather relevant information.
- Conduct market research to assess material and labor costs.
- Maintain organized records of tenders and proposals.
- Support the team in preparing bid documents and presentations.
- Manage RFQ's per project
- Candidate must be CCS Candy proficient with minimum 3- 5 years full time experience (must)
- Bachelor's degree in related field (or equivalent experience). To be an advantage
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
R 30 000 - R 40 000 CTC pm.
