Construction Manager (prcm / Prcpm) â?? 7 Month Contract

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic leadership and overall project management.
Administer NEC3 ECC contracts, including early warnings, compensation events, and programme management.
Manage budgets, cash flow, cost control, and project scheduling.
Oversee on-site construction activities, subcontractors, and quality assurance.
Ensure compliance with OHSA, HSE policies, and South African building regulations.
Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team, managing stakeholders effectively.

Requirements:

Registered PrCM or PrCPM with SACPCMP (non-negotiable)
Minimum 10 years' post-degree experience in construction management
Qualification: BTech / BSc / BEng / Degree in a Built Environment
Hands-on experience with NEC3 contracts, preferably from the contractor side
Proven track record of delivering projects R30 million+ on time and within budget
Strong leadership, problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills
Proficient in MS Office and project management software (MS Project, Primavera P6)
