Presentable female, with strong English proficiency (including accuracy vital)
Minimum 5 years recent experience as a Conveyancing Secretary at a law firm a must, specifically in Transfers a must (including Estate Transfers)
Fully independently functional from inception to finalisation, including all aspects of process and final statements
Experienced in registration of servitudes, consolidations and subdivisions preferred / advantageous
Computer literate
Able to handle large volumes with minimal supervision
Strong personality, assertive but tactful and polite with clients
Currently residing in Pretoria (Within daily commuting distance)
Stable employment record and contactable employment references
To start as soon as possible
Duties and Responsibilities:
Attending to Property Transfers for law firm, including Estate Transfers (Full function)
Related Conveyancing administration and secretarial duties
Client liaison
Drafting of relevant legal documents
