Minimum Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years experience specifically in construction recruitment: This could be within a construction company or a recruitment agency strictly specializing in construction.
Experience in sourcing and attracting talent: Proven ability to find and engage with qualified candidates for various construction roles.
Track record of successful placements: Demonstrated ability to fill positions with suitable candidates.
Understanding of the construction industry: Knowledge of different construction roles, project types (e.g., commercial, residential, industrial), and relevant terminology.
Familiarity with construction projects: Understanding of project lifecycles, different phases, and key milestones.
Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Artichecture, Engineering or related field is an added advantage.
A diploma/degree in an HR related field can be advantageous.

Using automated systems and process to fast track and streamline the recruitment and onboarding process.
Regular reporting on the full scope of recruitment to Group Executives.
