The Senior Support Recruiter is a strategic talent partner, handling complex, high-impact roles across support functions and international markets (USA, UK, Europe). You'll combine executive search-level rigour with hands-on sourcing excellence to drive recruitment globally. As this is an international-facing role, flexible working hours may be required from time to time--with reasonable notice--based on the time zones being recruited for.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead recruitment for global support roles and leadership positions
Conduct market mapping and talent intelligence across international regions
Build long-term pipelines for high-scarcity roles through targeted outreach
Collaborate with internal HR, L&D, and global hiring teams on workforce planning
Coach and mentor junior recruiters supporting support recruitment
Uphold data accuracy and DEI hiring standards across geographies
Requirements:
4+ years' recruitment experience with a track record of international placements
Strong headhunting capability and comfort with executive-level stakeholders Insight into global talent trends and market-specific sourcing strategies
High EQ, professionalism, and the ability to build trust across time zones
Flexibility to accommodate international time zones as required
