You'll be the trusted partner to HR, Marketing, and Executive Leadership, championing both the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and Customer Value Proposition (CVP) through clear, meaningful, and purposeful communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive Strategy: Design and implement a comprehensive internal communication and engagement plan aligned to EVP, CVP, and broader business objectives.
Create Impactful Content: Craft communications on major deals, awards, and results. Produce scripts, emailers, and leadership messages with clarity and flair.
Lead Internal Events: Plan and execute high-profile internal events and leadership conferences that energise and unite.
Ignite Engagement: Run staff activations that bring the brand to life and boost employee morale.
Own the Channels: Refresh and streamline internal platforms and tone of voice, ensuring consistency and relevance.
Measure Success: Analyse and report on communication effectiveness and employee engagement metrics.
Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with HR, Marketing, and other departments to deliver integrated campaigns that resonate.
Qualifications & Experience:
Relevant degree in Communication, PR, Media, Journalism, Marketing, Business, or English.
10+ years' experience in corporate communications, preferably in financial services or corporate and investment banking.
Strong track record in internal communication strategy, stakeholder engagement, and high-quality content creation.
Core Skills:
Exceptional writing ability tailored to diverse platforms and audiences.
Comfortable translating complex financial deals and results into digestible messages.
Confident in event planning, project management, and employee engagement.
Analytical mindset with the ability to measure impact and continuously improve.
