Qualifications & Skills Education & Experience
Matric + Diploma in Office Admin/Management/Travel & Tourism (advantageous).
3-5 years in an Executive PA role.
Experience in corporate travel, specifically with Amadeus and fare/ticketing.
? Technical Skills
Advanced MS Office, especially Excel.
Competent with Zoom/Teams and booking platforms.
Must have a driver's license and reliable vehicle.
Soft Skills
Highly organised, discreet, and professional.
Strong communicator and multi-tasker.
Able to work independently and under pressure.
Flexible and proactive; available after hours and weekends.
Location
Preferably based in Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth); East Rand (Gauteng) also considered.
