Job Summary This luxury country boutique hotel and restaurant in the Breede River offers a tranquil retreat and hide-away for guests as well as a popular estate 80 seater restaurant on the same property that is open to the public for daily a la carte Breakfast and Lunch as well as mid-morning and afternoon Bistro Restaurant service. We are in need of a strong SENIOR CHEF DE PARTIE who is able to multi-task within this VERY BUSY team and take on production duties for hot and cold production for this all-day dining restaurant. REQUIREEMENTS: Recognised Cheffing Qualification Minimum 3 year experience within 5* restaurant or hotel operations. Ability to engineer menu's and create daily dishes for, utilising ingredients especially for Cafe service which has become very popular Excellent communication skills in English and Afrikaans Must be PASSIONATE about food and willing to make this a minumum 2 year employment commitment Wide knowledge and skill of food, health food options, allergins & special dietary requirements Own transport essential
