Job Description
One of the TOP leading banks in S.A. is in need of an independent and experienced Business Analyst to support them with the new programme that they are running. Hybrid model.
1-year contract.
BA / Process Engineer will be focused on the SWIFT migration.
Responsible for the identification, analysis and documentation of improvement opportunities, to improve system and process functionality.
Intelligent process management.
Transformation of the user experience.
Engaging with stakeholders to understand business needs and challenges.
Collaborate with the tech team to design solutions.
Proposing solutions to business in order to meet business goals.
Documenting cases, processes of the project lifecycle.
Monitor project progress and identify potential risks.
System testing and use acceptance testing.
Offer technology solutions to business stakeholders.
Requirements:
Matric
Related degree
5 - 10 yearsxe2x80x99 experience
Must have worked within the banking sector, experience with SWIFT
