The Business Process Analyst will improve and align companywide business processes, taking into account the relationship between people, processes and technology. Assist with business improvement projects. Manage the IFS ERP system (system configurations, access, data analysis and developments), to ensure alignment with the business processes. Assist with the upgrade of the IFS ERP Cloud system (including but not exclusively, process alignment, testing and training) Your role

Identify business improvement and business optimisation opportunities -
Liaise and co-ordinate with subject matter experts from the different departments to obtain business requirements and information to improve business processes -
Define and implement business process measurements (e.g., KPIs) -
Optimise and align business processes with the IFS ERP system -
Manage the IFS ERP system configurations and developments -
Be involved in continuous business improvement initiatives -
Provide process and system support (including user support, testing and training) -
Identify and control areas of risk, concern and change

Extensive process improvement knowledge -
Good understanding of relational databases -
Knowledge of ERP system/s (IFS ERP will be an advantage)

5 plus years in a similar environment -
Process management skills -
Process mapping skills (eg. MS Visio, 2c8) -
Knowledge of Manufacturing in the Aerospace & Defence environment will be an advantage -
Basic SQL knowledge will be an advantage
Qualifications:

Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Industrial Engineering (or equivalent, relevant qualification)
