design, and ensure alignment with business objectives.xc2xb7Take ownership of the full requirements lifecycle, including the analysis, capture, refinement, validation, and traceability of requirements using Enterprise Architect (EA) and Interfront standards.xc2xb7Ensure requirements are complete, consistent, and aligned to business goals, and oversee the creation and maintenance of supporting documentation and artefacts.xc2xb7Lead the verification and validation of built systems by reviewing actual behaviour against specified functional requirements and driving resolution of any discrepancies.xc2xb7Guide and mentor Junior Business Analysts in best practices for documentation quality, traceability, stakeholder engagement, and prioritisation based on customer value and delivery impact.xc2xb7Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support effective prioritisation and sequencing of requirements, taking into account business value, technical feasibility, and interdependencies.xc2xb7Analyse and inform of the impact of requirement changes on existing business processes and systems, providing input to support accurate costing.xc2xb7Promote a systems-thinking approach by evaluating broader operational context xe2x80x94 including performance, exception handling, and business continuity xe2x80x94 when assessing solution options or impacts.Stakeholder outcomes.xc2xb7Support and guide junior and intermediate BAs on effective stakeholder communication, meeting facilitation, and documentation clarity.Collaboration and Implementation Supportxc2xb7Lead or participate in multiple projects by completing and updating necessary project documentation, managing project scope, determining priorities, and ensuring efficient and on-time delivery of project tasks and milestones.xc2xb7Provide and support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders.xc2xb7Represent client functional requirements throughout all phases of SDLC.xc2xb7Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement the functional requirements, providing necessary guidance during the Development and QA process.New positionMinimum Requirementsxc2xb7Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Informatics, Industrial Engineering or Information Systems (or similar).xc2xb7Business Analysis diploma/certification (advantageous)xc2xb79 or more years demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst in the functional analysis, design and qualification of large-scale business solutions in a transaction based and message rich business systems environment.xc2xb7Thorough understanding of SDLC and the role of the business analyst in it, from initiation through to transition into the target operational environment.xc2xb7Demonstrated use of business modelling techniques in accordance with BPMN and UML standards.xc2xb7Knowledge of Software testing/QAxc2xb7Demonstrated use of Sparx Enterprise Architect (advantageous)xc2xb7Demonstrated use of Function Point measurement (advantageous)Personal Profilexc2xb7Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.xc2xb7Ability to deal with
