The position of the Senior Business Analyst is at a reputable and multi-award-winning insurance company with years of experience and dominance in a extremely competitive market. The role's duties include being responsible for bridging the gap between across the division's business value chain. Conducting impact assessments, identifying business requirements, assessing and recommending outcomes.
Education:
- Matric with excellent English results
- Business Analyst certification
- Bachelors Degree in Business and/or relevant Information Systems qualification
- Minimum 6 years working experience in business analysis and/or systems analysis
- Agile/ Waterfall / scrum knowledge
- Working understanding of JIRA or similar case management system
- Product Owner experience
- Good facilitation skills in joint application design (JAD)
