Duties:

• Applying proper analysis in documenting requirements into business process maps, business requirement definitions and business requirements specifications
• Determine, design and facilitate the correct implemented solution for the stakeholder needs, by working with all relevant stakeholders and subject matter experts across all business functions
• Compile functional specifications and use cases for developers using the business requirements provided by the business analysts, in collaboration with architects
• Determine, design and facilitate the correct implemented solution for the stakeholder needs
• Providing training and user manuals to users of a new system
• Develop and model solutions by delivering use cases, activity and sequence diagrams based on the business solution required to the technical team

Job Experience & Skills Required:
Qualifications:

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Undergraduate degree In Information Technology/ Business Management

Experience:

• 6 - 8 yearxe2x80x99s experience in full software life cycle, with solid Agile experience
• Domain knowledge in Insurance (Short Term and Life) is desirable
• Ability to manage scope and cost of a deliverable
• Stakeholder management/commitment between business and solutions
• Solid business acumen/skills
• Exposure to structured systems analysis will be beneficial
