Key Responsibilities:
Scrutinize the structure of the retail business, critically assess its technology landscape, and align objectives with overarching business goals.
Employ advanced data modelling techniques to pinpoint and resolve complex business challenges.
Articulate strategies to elevate business performance and execute transformative changes and novel systems, grounded in extensive research.
Lead in-depth research initiatives, furnishing a repertoire of options and recommendations to address future customer and industry demands and trends.
Assume responsibility for the seamless implementation of cutting-edge technology and systems.
Exercise oversight to guarantee that projects are executed punctually and within budget, in strict accordance with project plans and business cases.
Assure that implemented solutions not only meet but exceed stakeholder expectations.
Spearhead the creation of exhaustive ERP system documentation, intricate business process maps, and user-friendly manuals.
Contribute expertise to system integration and comprehensive functional testing.
Play a pivotal role in imparting training to both new and existing users, ensuring optimal system utilization.
Champion a culture of teamwork and collaboration both within the department and throughout the organization.
Conform to all safety and health procedures and standards.
Requirements:
Qualification relevant to the role.
Extensive experience in leading retail-specific projects or scope.
Diploma in Business Analysis IIBA or similar.
Knowledge of ERP systems.
Skills & Competencies:
Knowledge and use of business process mapping tools (e.g. Visio).
Documentation skills.
Technical acumen.
Knowledge of retail, manufacturing supply chain, and/or merchandise.
Analytical skills.
Good communication skills.
