Job Description

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Assist with preparation of all CGS workshops (carry what is required to workshop, unpack what is necessary at workshops, compile RSVPs to attendance registers, gather evaluation forms).
  • Assist during all CGS workshops.
  • Assist during all CGS events, such as the 3MT competition and marketing events.
  • Assist with the distribution of advertisements for CGS activities and workshops.
  • Assist with Webinar preparations.
  • Gather, capture, compile and analyse data for CGS reports.
  • Assist with the analysis of workshop evaluation forms.
  • File documents of the CGS.
  • Assist with postgraduate student enquiries as appropriate.
  • Record and relay any postgraduate student enquiries as appropriate.
  • Report on postgraduate enquiries and activities.
  • Assist with admission enquiries of prospective postgraduate students.
  • Assist with the administration of the thesis/dissertation examination process.
Inherent Job requirements:
  • A relevant bachelor's degree on NQF level 7.
  • A minimum of one (1) year experience related to the duties and responsibilities.
Recommendations:
  • Honours degree/ postgraduate diploma/professional bachelor's degree on NQF Level 8.
  • One (1) year experience in Higher Education environment.

Salary:
The annual remuneration package, including benefits, is R 354 408.50 - R 444 721.26 per annum, depending on the budget available for the position, relevant work experience and qualifications.
