Area / Store Manager - Cannabis Industry
Location: Johannesburg (expanding nationally)
Full-Time | Own Transport Required
We're looking for a motivated Area / Store Manager to lead our growing cannabis medical, retail and club operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and sales skills, with experience in restaurant, social club, or retail management.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee store operations and staff performance.
Drive sales and ensure exceptional customer service.
Create a welcoming, educational, and compliant environment.
Requirements:
Proven management experience (hospitality or retail preferred).
Strong focus on sales targets and customer care.
Excellent people and communication skills.
Must have own reliable transport.
