SENIOR AREA COACH:

We are recruiting for a Senior Area Coach within a dynamic expanding Fast Food Franchise group.

Job Requirements:

Key Responsibilities will include:

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager

Operational standards delivery; exceeding Company operational targets

Driving consistency in quality, customer service whilst managing standards and feedback

People Management, leading from the front, driving change and creating a "will do" culture coupled with creating energy and focus on people to ensure outstanding results.

Support and guidance of all Restaurant Managers within the group appointed to

Maintaining Hygiene and Health/Safety standards throughout the restaurants

Driving a fast-paced routine whilst ensuring speed and quality are the essence of this position.

Skills required:

The ideal applicants will have leadership qualities to inspire, mentor and encourage store-level managers in obtaining their goals, allowing them to work on their own and avoid micromanagement.

Excellent communication both written and verbal to make presentations to the Board, which includes preparation of schedules and financial graphs. Sound financial/ Mathematical skills required in the presentation and reporting of costs, profits and losses is crucial in this position.

Problem-solving and early identification and prevention is necessary skill. Being a strategist in facing up to challenges in all aspects of Fast Food restaurants is a definite requirement.
