MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:



Advanced Diploma/Degree in Office Management/Administration or related field (NQF 7). 3 years' experience in Office Management and Administration Support within a physical or digital infrastructure delivery unit.

ADDED ADVANTAGE:



Microsoft excel certification

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:



Provide support in the development and implementation of appropriate structures and systems for effective and efficient administration of the unit. Offer support in the execution of divisional plans, budget, and performance measures Deliver confidential document and information support Provide support with fleet administration Executes data entry into systems & spreadsheets. Offer support in proofreading, data analytics and formatting documents / reports Performs Office/departmental liaison.



COMPETENCIES:



Excellent written and verbal communication Strong organisational and time management skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion High attention to detail and accuracy Knowledge of MS Office Interpersonal Conflict Handling Team-Work & Collaborative Working Administration & Governance



REMUNERATION





A competitive remuneration package, commensurate with the seniority of the position, experience and qualifications, will be offered.
