Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Finance - non-negotiable Minimum of 5 years' experience in a finance role. Proven experience working with large financial data sets and applying advanced analytical methods Experience in the financial services sector preferred SAICA/SAIPA articles will be an added advantage

Duties and Responsibilities

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective forecasting and funding strategies to maintain financial stability. Risk & Compliance: Ensure full adherence to financial regulations, company policies, and compliance standards. Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights. Data Analysis: Work with large and complex data sets to identify trends, anomalies, and risks; provide high-level analytical insights to support operations and decision-making. Reporting: reporting directly to the Head of Business Unit and indirectly to the Group CFO. * Daily operational decision making.
