Reporting to our Client Partner, you'll lead key client accounts, driving the successful delivery of Paid Media services across 17 European markets, with a focus on Amazon, Google and Paid Social. You will collaborate with a diverse, international team to develop and execute media strategies that align with client goals while identifying opportunities for growth.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Be the primary point of contact for key client accounts in the technology, electronics, footwear and automotive sectors, driving long-term relationships and retention. Lead account growth by identifying opportunities for new services, products, or initiatives aligned with their objectives. Monitor client health metrics (e.g., profitability, growth, and satisfaction) and implement action plans to improve performance where necessary. Collaborate with our Media Planning and Paid Media teams to deliver client briefs, ensuring clear communication of goals and effective campaign execution. Manage internal timelines and client deliverables in partnership with Project Management teams, ensuring on-time delivery. Identify and implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications

Over 3 years of experience in client-facing roles within the advertising, creative or marketing industry. Understanding of digital marketing, including paid media platforms and PPC campaigns. Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, fostering open communication and ensuring the timely delivery of multiple projects. Familiarity with project management or time management tools. You love getting to know your clients, developing long-lasting relationships and adding value to their business. When faced with a problem and unforeseen circumstances, you collaborate with the appropriate people to evaluate different options, adapt strategies and find practical solutions. You seek and leverage AI technologies to streamline and automate processes.
