Job Description

We are seeking customer-focused and results-oriented individuals with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills to provide effective engagement with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer service engagements through incoming calls and respond to email queries.
- Manage reservations, special requests, and customer complaints via the website.
- Respond to a defined range of customer queries or inquiries, delivering appropriate and accepted resolutions.
- Proactively escalate any queries to the appropriate channels, ensuring timely handling and resolution.
- Demonstrate urgency in transactions by following standard operating procedures.
- Matric certificate or an equivalent qualification
- Proficient verbal and written skills in Italian
- Proven experience in customer service
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- A minimum of 6 months of working experience in either retail or a call center would be advantageous.
