About Us

We are a garment printing and manufacturing factory based in Newcastle, specializing in screen printing production. We work with local chain store clients and focus on production efficiency, print quality, and reliable delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and finalize artwork files for screen printing production Redraw, vectorize, clean up, and separate client artwork Create accurate spot color separations for screen printing Ensure artwork is suitable for production (line thickness, detail, color limits) Work closely with screen making, color matching, and sampling teams Revise artwork based on sampling and production feedback Organize and manage artwork files for production use
Requirements

Strong experience with Adobe photoshop (mandatory) Solid understanding of screen printing artwork preparation Experience with spot colors and Pantone systems Ability to interpret and correct client-supplied artwork Good communication skills and ability to work with production teams Attention to detail and a production-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in garment or textile screen printing Understanding of mesh count, ink coverage, and print limitations Basic Illustrator skills (optional)
