Grade 12 or equivalent National Diploma in Production Management or equivalent(advantageous) 3-5 years' experience in screen printing, including darkroom and production floor exposure. Relevant technical or production-related training Experience in equipment setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting Previous leadership or specialist experience preferred

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF KEY PERFORMANCE AREAKEY PERFORMANCE AREA
Ensure only high-quality screens leave the darkroom.
Follow all darkroom processes and report non-conformances.
Monitor and escalate maintenance needs.
Identify and report bottlenecks or delays.
Resolve issues that delay production.
Monitor machine efficiency and production flow.
Support Team Leaders and share technical knowledge.
Ensure packing processes are efficient and ergonomic.
Verify correct setup and operation of all machinery.
Conduct regular QC checks and correct issues.
Resolve colour-matching and print-quality problems.
Ensure printed items are properly cured.
Make final decisions on disputed orders.
Maintain high 5S and safety standards across the screen operations.
Notify Technical Leads of material changes. Report jig issues and request new jigs.
