As a Quality Assurance Analyst at the Senior Associate or Senior Associate 2 level within the Product Development team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through rigorous testing and validation processes. Key Responsibilities:
1.Test Planning and Design:
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on product requirements and design specifications.
Identify testing objectives and define acceptance criteria to ensure alignment with business goals and quality standards.
2.Testing and Validation:
Conduct functional, integration, regression, ex perience and user acceptance testing (UAT) to identify defects and ensure software reliability and performance.
Utilize automated testing tools and frameworks as needed to enhance testing efficiency and coverage, while also participating in exploratory testing.
3.Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with developers, product managers, and UX/UI designers to facilitate open communication and ensure a clear understanding of quality expectations.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning and daily stand-ups to provide input on quality assurance efforts.
4.Defect Management:
Track and document defects in a systematic manner, working with development teams to prioritize and resolve issues effectively.
Validate defect fixes and perform regression testing to ensure that resolved issues do not impact existing functionalities.

Qualifications

Education:

C ertifications in quality assurance (e.g., ISTQB) would be advantageous .
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in quality assurance or software testing, preferably within a product development environment.
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices, including automated testing frameworks.
Proficiency in creating and executing test plans and test cases, with experience in various types of testing (functional, regression, UAT).
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders and promote a collaborative culture.
