26/11/2025Join Glencore as a senior SAP Project Manager, responsible for hands-on project delivery or oversight of third-party management, including preparation of and updates to detailed plans (project tasks, resource plans and budgets), OCM activities to prepare stakeholders for changes via communication and enablement, scope management, escalation and closure. SAP S/4 HANA and other software applications, as assigned.

PRIMARY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:


Responsible for project management process from implementation definition, planning, tracking, and managing the project, identifying key resources and providing the direction they require, meeting project objectives on time, in budget.
Managing the project scope, critical milestones and risk.
Contribute towards the development of a strategy for the Division and ensure alignment of this strategy with the Group Strategic Objectives.
Ensure the deployment of proper financial controls to manage the budget, including change orders.
Ensure productivity is measured effectively against objectives.
Manage and ensure promotion of continuous improvement activities.
Manage Project operations effectively to deliver services within timelines and prescribed quality through effective resource management.
Manage compliance, ensuring that all project employees adhere to Project Planning and Scheduling protocols.
Advise and oversee all Project Planning and Scheduling related change programs.
Provide strategic feedback on the status of Project Planning and Scheduling within the business.
Monitor and oversee adherence to project methodology practices, SAP Best practice and provide team coaching, evaluate the performance of team members and reinforce the enterprise knowledge management through the collection and communication of lessons learned.
Develop and deploy effective change management programs, promoting and validating successful communication and end user enablement
Identify and mitigate internal systems and procedural barriers to enhance project management services.
Convene, chair, and attend meetings and present project performance and business-related information to relevant stakeholders when required.

QUALIFICATIONS:


IT Degree or Diploma equivalent in related discipline
PMP/Agile (preferred)
SAP functional/technical training
SAP S4 and implementation methodology

WORK EXPERIENCE:


10 years SAP experience
4 full lifecycle S/4 HANA implementations
8 years of functional experience (MM, PM or FICO)
Global SAP template development and deployment
Mining industry experience and advantage

Fluency in English.
French and Spanish language skills are an advantage.
