Job Description
The SAP Delivery/Programme Lead will strategically oversee delivery of large SAP implementations, upgrades or migration programmes from start to finish. This requires seamlessly coordinating integrated project workstreams across locations towards on-time, on-budget go-live with optimal business adoption. Lead complex SAP-centric delivery programmes spanning multiple phases like configure-test-deploy Set up program management office providing centralised tools for planning, monitoring and scheduling Analyse SAP solution requirements and create integrated delivery plans leveraging SAP Activate Proactively perform SAP-specific risk analysis and execute mitigation strategies Continuously track progress on critical path activities and SAP-defined quality gates Tailor SAP implementation methodologies such as ASAP and Activate to project needs Lead SAP license management, budgeting, resource allocation across programme Build competency in SAP solution architecture and integration for effective guidance Ensure SAP-specific compliance needs, security validations are fulfilled
A minimum of 5 years experience in programme Lead role Hands-on SAP delivery experience with relevant SAP implementation certifications Excellent grasp of SAP landscapes, architecture and functional modules Metrics-focused execution ability in complex SAP ecosystems Risk management in tangled SAP dependencies and integrations High SAP solution orientation with nuanced technical troubleshooting skills
