We help ambitious SMEs scale up with over 30 years of experience across multiple leading platforms, offering independent and impartial advice to blend a diverse range of products and services to fit your exact needs.Job SummaryThe SAP B1 Senior Support Consultant will provide expert support to SAP Business One customers, resolving tickets efficiently and coaching junior team members. This role requires a strong technical background, extensive experience with SAP B1, and proficiency in SQL, SAP HANA, and various reporting tools.This role is for you if:

Your daily responsibilities:

• Customer Support: Resolve support tickets and provide solutions to SAP B1ncustomers.

• Team Collaboration: Assist and coach junior members of the SAP B1 Support Team.

• Technical Tasks: Write SQL/HANA queries, perform data migration, and generate reports using Crystal Reports.

• Boyum Package Management: Utilise Boyum Usability Package, Print & Delivery, and Produmex WMS.

• Intercompany and BPA: Manage Waldorf Intercompany and Codeless BPA integrations would be advantageous.

RequirementsQualifications & Competencies:

• Minimum 3 years with a partner or 5 years with an end-user.

• Strong background in SAP B1, SQL, SAP HANA, Crystal Reports, and Boyum packages.

• Partner experience and knowledge of Produmex WMS, Waldorf Intercompany, and Codeless BPA would be advantageous.

• Strong understanding of professional service delivery fundamentals & application of business process and ERP knowledge in task delivery.

• Expert understanding and experience of all SAP Business One modules and accountancy principles.

• Building strong relationships with business partners.

• Engages with stakeholders at various levels of the organisation.
