, your role is the bridge between the brand and the consumer. You are responsible for maintaining the physical standards of the product, educating customers, and executing strategic sales plans to ensure the brand thrives on the retail floor.

Operational Administration:
Managing daily reporting, inventory tracking, and organizational tasks to ensure smooth business operations.
Shelf Health & Presentation:
Maintaining premium product displays, ensuring stock is organized, well-merchandised, and always available for the customer.
Promotional Execution:
Launching and managing in-store campaigns and seasonal offers to ensure brand visibility and compliance.
Customer Experience & Service:
Providing expert product knowledge and personalized service to build brand loyalty and resolve customer inquiries.
In-Store Marketing:
Activating marketing materials and visual displays to attract foot traffic and enhance the brand's physical presence.
Driving Sell-Through:
Focusing on proactive sales techniques and consumer engagement to move inventory and hit high-performance sales targets.
2-3 years' experience in sales||Essential / Minimum|0-5 years|
Diploma/NQF level 5
Sales acumen
