What You'll Bring:

Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree required - Computer Science, MIS or equivalent

A minimum of 2- 3 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in software development with of those years working on the Salesforce platform in a developer capacity

Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills

Working knowledge and experience with complex business systems integration as well as object-oriented design patterns and development

Software engineering skills with Salesforce Platform (Apex, Visual Force, SOQL, Service Cloud (Case Mgt, Email-to-Case, Web-to-Case), Integrations (LivePerson, Amazon Connect, custom integration of Salesforce with web applications) or disposition to learn such technologies at fast pace.

Demonstrated experience and knowledge of relational databases, data modeling, and ETL tools

Demonstrated experience and knowledge of working with MuleSoft integration.

Experience with web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML, etc.) a plus

Experience with Agile development methodologies such as SCRUM

Experience with Copado/Other Salesforce DevOps tools desired

Salesforce Certified Developer Certification desired

A desire to work within a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-based support environment

You will continue to evolve the functionality and capabilities provided through the platform to our Consumer Operations groups. You will bring expertise to the table to help evolve the operating model of the development team and provide guidance on Salesforce capabilities to the business community.

It is a requirement of the Global Capability Centre Africa that you reside in a home that is fibre ready; and has space for you to be able to work comfortably and confidentially on a day-to-day basis for the purpose of your proposed employment.

A Minimum of a 100 Meg Fibre line is required, should you be successful, you will need to upgrade your line in order to work effectively.
