As a Salesforce Consultant, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements and designing, configuring, and implementing Salesforce solutions to meet client needs. Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements to understand client needs
• Design and configure Salesforce solutions, including customization, configuration, and integration
• Create and manage Salesforce objects, fields, roles, profiles, permissions, workflows, and reports
• Develop and maintain documentation of solution design, configuration, and processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution delivery
• Provide training and support to users on Salesforce functionality and best practices
• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce updates and new features
• Ensure data integrity and quality within Salesforce system

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant or Administrator
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform and functionalities
• Experience with Salesforce customization, configuration, and integration
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Salesforce certifications are a plus
