Recruiting on behalf of our client (Fintech Industry)

Our client operates a financial technology platform that is revolutionising the way businesses access capital in the United States, with operations managed from South Africa. Traditional business financing can be slow, complex, and costly -- their platform changes this by using proprietary technology, deep industry expertise, and an ethical-first approach to deliver fast, transparent, and tailored funding solutions to small and medium-sized businesses. Their offering is expanding beyond financing into receivables, payables, and embedded payments, giving businesses greater control over their cash flow.

Our client is seeking an experienced Sales Trainer to design, deliver, and continuously improve training programmes that support the success of their sales team. This role plays a key part in onboarding new sales representatives, developing existing talent, and ensuring the team has the skills, product knowledge, and confidence to effectively communicate the company's value proposition and close deals.

How You'll Make An Impact



Design and implement comprehensive onboarding programs for new sales hires Develop ongoing education programs that keep the sales team updated on product enhancements, competitive landscape, and industry trends Build a library of best practices, playbooks, and resources for self-directed learning Provide one-on-one coaching to sales representatives who need additional support Partner with sales leadership to align training initiatives with business objectives and revenue goals

Requirements



4+ years' experience in sales training, sales enablement, or coaching Sales training experience within a call centre environment (advantageous) Strong ability to deliver effective group training sessions and impactful one-on-one coaching Proven track record of developing and delivering successful sales training programmes or playbooks Experience with sales enablement tools or e-learning platforms, with the ability to create clear and digestible training content Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to take initiative, lead confidently, and drive training programmes independently

Pay: R55000,00 - R63000,00 per month
