Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales consultants to consistently meet or exceed sales targets
Monitor individual and team performance, providing coaching, feedback, and development support
Implement sales strategies and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
Facilitate ongoing training and skills development to enhance team productivity
Manage daily operational tasks including scheduling, reporting, and performance analysis
Foster a positive, professional, and collaborative team culture aligned with company values
Address and resolve client escalations or concerns in a timely and effective manner
Work closely with management to contribute to business growth initiatives and sales planning
Matric Certificate (compulsory)
Minimum 3-5 years sales experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team leader role, preferably in a call centre or financial services environment
Proven track record of leading teams to achieve and exceed sales targets
Experience within the financial services or insurance industry is strongly preferred
RE5 certification advantageous
Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset
Proficient in English, with additional languages advantageous
High level of professionalism, resilience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
