Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the new vehicle sales team
  • Drive sales performance to achieve monthly targets
  • Oversee daily operations, showroom standards, and customer engagement
  • Implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns
  • Support the team with deal structuring, customer negotiations, and closing
  • Ensure excellent customer service and high CSI ratings
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity
  • Work closely with management on reporting, planning, and forecasting
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years' experience in new vehicle sales
  • Previous experience in a team leader or supervisory role
  • Proven history of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication, leadership, and coaching skills
  • Professional, customer-centric approach
  • Valid driver's license
