Job Description
Our Client is looking for a Sales Support Specialist that has the discipline to work Remotely for a Swiss Asset Management Company.
Experience & Requirements
- Bachelors degree in commerce (or related field) or at least 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
- Experience with TRM software (HubSpot/Salesforce - advantageous)
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI (advantageous Prior B2B sales exposure (advantageous)
- Understanding of sales process (advantageous)
- Conduct market research
- Generate, research and qualify new leads
- Manage TRM system
- Build TRM dashboard
- Engage in sales reporting and analytics
- Assist with meeting preparation and note taking
- Provide general support and assistance to sales team
- Strong research abilities
- Strong analytical abilities
- Strong organizational, administrative and reporting skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Reliable and punctual
- Self-starter and quick learner
