Job Description


Our Client is looking for a Sales Support Specialist that has the discipline to work Remotely for a Swiss Asset Management Company.

Experience & Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in commerce (or related field) or at least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with TRM software (HubSpot/Salesforce - advantageous)
  • Experience with Microsoft Power BI (advantageous Prior B2B sales exposure (advantageous)
  • Understanding of sales process (advantageous)
Responsibilities & Duties
  • Conduct market research
  • Generate, research and qualify new leads
  • Manage TRM system
  • Build TRM dashboard
  • Engage in sales reporting and analytics
  • Assist with meeting preparation and note taking
  • Provide general support and assistance to sales team
