Sales Support Consultant And Field Marketer
Job Description
Mount Edgecombe. Excellent opportunity exists for an energetic, customer focused sales co-ordinator who enjoys nurturing existing customer relations and driving sales of a range of consumer products in the wholesale and retail space. The position is mostly internal sales and sales administration with 25% of time in the field calling on boutique stores, pharmacies and health shops. As a key link between marketing, sales and the customer, the job is very varied and requires strong co-ordination and Ms Office skills, particularly in Excel. Own transport and Driver's licence is essential.
What you'll be doing:
Manage and grow a portfolio of pharmacies, health stores, and boutiques across KZN and regional areas
- mostly internal sales with approx. 4 days per month out in the field calling on customers including Midlands and North Coast regions
Achieve monthly sales targets and spot opportunities for range expansions and new business
Ensure stock levels, merchandising standards, and product displays are always on point
Support new customer onboarding, product training, launches, and promotions
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to drive brand growth
Represent the brand at events, expos, and stockist activations
What we're looking for:
Matric
Tertiary qualification in Sales / Marketing is a plus
Previous sales or sales support experience with a proven track record
Strong computer skills - especially Excel
A genuine passion for sustainability, natural and eco-conscious products
Excellent communication, organisation, and customer service skills
Own reliable transport
