About the Role: Sales Intake Representative
As a Sales Intake Representative, you'll be the welcoming, knowledgeable first point of contact for prospective clients. You'll guide them from their initial inquiry all the way to a scheduled consultation with one of our seasoned attorneys. Your empathy, professionalism, and clear communication will help build trust and set the foundation for a strong attorney-client relationship.
What You'll Do Every Day

• Create Exceptional First Impressions

Represent the firm with warmth, confidence, and professionalism from the very first interaction. Make clients feel heard, supported, and understood. * Handle Client Calls with Care
Respond to inbound inquiries from potential clients. Answer questions clearly, assess their needs, and schedule consultations with our legal team. * Own the Client Journey
Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and ensure a seamless client experience from first contact to attorney handoff.

Requirements

• Proven sales experience in a call center environment is required, or alternatively, a minimum of 2+ years in a customer service call center role. This is a non-negotiable qualification.
• We are looking for candidates with exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure effective collaboration with our diverse team and stakeholders.
• This is a remote position, so candidates must have a reliable laptop or PC, a high-quality headset, and high-speed internet with a backup connection in place to maintain productivity.
