Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the hospitality and travel sector Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and tour operators Develop tailored sales strategies to attract new markets and strengthen existing partnerships Conduct site visits, presentations, and networking engagements to promote the property Collaborate closely with the reservations, marketing, and operations teams to ensure guest satisfaction and brand consistency Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity Requirements: Previous sales experience within the hospitality; tourism, or luxury lifestyle industry (essential) Excellent communication and negotiation skills A professional, presentable, and confident demeanor Strong organisational and time management skills Target-driven with a proactive and self-motivated attitude Knowledge of the Cape Town hospitality market advantageous Must be based in or near Hout Bay and have reliable transport
