Job Description
The main purpose of the job is to ensure fast, efficient processing and fulfilling of customer orders, being ever mindful of company standards of appearance and behavior. The role is based in the store's garden centre/nursery.
1. Maintain Stock levels
2. Attend to Customer requirements
3. Customer Queries resolution
4. Managing the delivery of customer goods
5. Manage Admin function
6. Orders
7. Manage Non-stock items quotations
8. Meet Deliveries deadlines
9. Customer service
10. To uphold and promote the company values and culture:

- Grade 12
- Minimum 5 years retail sales experience in a garden centre/nursery with relevany experience with plants.
