Job Description

To grow, retain, and manage accounts profitably through cross-selling and upselling of products while ensuring a low-effort, high-quality customer experience. The role focuses on developing relationships with local brokers, depots, and customers to maximise sales and market visibility.
Qualifications and Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 certificate
  • Minimum of 3 years sales experience, preferably with FMCG or retail background, including cold calling
  • Strong negotiation and selling skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant CRM software
Key Performance Areas
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities while growing existing accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, depots, and local customers
  • Implement and manage local and national deals, ensuring pricing accuracy and customer satisfaction
  • Attend industry and customer events to promote the company network
  • Maintain accurate records of deal files and account activities
  • Drive sales through cross-selling and upselling products at local fitment centres
  • Provide market intelligence and feedback to managers to inform strategic decisions
