Job Summary Optimech Engineering Solutions is looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and growth-driven individual to join our team. The business operates in the industrial and engineering sectors; thus, the candidate must be technically inclined or have suitable technical experience. The company is located in Umbilo, Durban and is office-based. The potential for hybrid working will be considered based on performance. The candidate will require their own transportation to and from work. Initially, compensation at AA rates will be made for business travel. A company vehicle may be made available for business travel at the discretion of the employer. At Optimech, we prioritise ethics and integrity above all. The candidate must be open to growth. We value attitude and mindset over experience and qualifications. We expect the successful candidate to add value through their interpretations, opinions and inputs. In return, aside from the financial remuneration, the successful candidate will have access to mentorship from experienced sales specialists, entrepreneurs and a Professional Mechanical Engineer. This will be a Limited Duration Contract of 3 Months with the potential for renewal or permanent appointment based on performance. Proficiencies required: Computer skills (Windows, MS 365, Email etc) Fluent in English (written & spoken) Positive attitude Self-discipline Willingness to learn Understanding of technical aspects of industry or engineering Drivers License
