About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and organized

Sales Outreach Assistant

to support our growing sales team. This remote role involves engaging with potential clients via email, managing leads through the sales process, and supporting both new and existing members. The ideal candidate will have excellent written communication skills, a strong understanding of the PR, marketing, and media landscape, and an interest in fashion, beauty, and lifestyle industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct email outreach to potential clients and follow up with interested prospects. Manage leads through the sales funnel using internal tagging and note systems. Pass warm leads to the sales team for closing. Support existing members to ensure they are fully utilising their accounts. Re-engage with cancelled or inactive members to encourage renewal. Assist with onboarding and training for new member companies. Manage helpline enquiries and provide timely, helpful responses.

What We're Looking For:

Understanding of PR and marketing agencies. Familiarity with media publications and the e-commerce or affiliate marketing sectors. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. At least 3 years experience of the B2B sales process and CRM tools. Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently. Genuine interest in fashion, beauty, and lifestyle industries.

Hardware Requirements:

Own computer or laptop. ADSL/FIBRE internet line with a minimum of 50 Mbps. Headphones for use with our VOIP phone system. Anti-virus installed. UPS/Back-up battery for load shedding.

Pay: R12500,00 - R15000,00 per month
