This is a
client-facing role
ideal for someone who is confident in initiating conversations, understands SaaS value propositions, and thrives in a remote and flexible work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily outbound outreach via
LinkedIn
to connect with decision-makers (Founders, COOs, CMOs, etc.) in target industries.
Personalize and send
connection requests, introductory video messages, and follow-ups
.
Monitor replies, engage in meaningful conversations, and hand over qualified leads to the sales team.
Maintain a clear record of outreach activities and responses.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align messaging and target criteria.
Continuously refine outreach strategy based on engagement results and feedback.
Requirements:
Proven experience in
B2B outreach
, social selling, or lead generation via LinkedIn (mandatory).
Strong understanding of LinkedIn etiquette and best practices for professional engagement.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to quickly understand product USPs and tailor messaging accordingly.
Comfortable working independently and being accountable for daily activity.
Work Hours:
3.5 hours/day
