We're looking for a Sales Operations Manager -- a pivotal behind-the-scenes powerhouse -- to support our sales team with exceptional admin, strategy execution, and project coordination.
Please note: This is not a people-management or selling role. It's about driving execution, creating clarity, and making sure the engine runs smoothly for our dynamic sales department.
Who We're Ideally Looking For

• Background in ISP / ICT industry (highly advantageous)
• Experience supporting sales teams (not necessarily in a selling role)
• Someone who loves Excel, systems, and being the go-to organizer
• A strategic thinker who can create project plans, support client delivery, and implement process improvements.

Your Key Focus Areas

• Owning and streamlining sales admin, data, and reporting (Excel proficiency is a must)
• Supporting end-to-end project implementation -- from kickoff to completion
• Translating strategy into action plans and following through to execution
• Assisting with sales documentation, tracking, and performance support
• Acting as the operational right hand to the Sales and Operations Director
• Creating internal SOPs and helping bridge the gap between departments

What You WON'T Be Doing

• You will not be directly managing people
• You will not be required to do any direct selling
• You will not need to travel or work irregular hours

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years in a supporting or operational role within Sales, preferably in IT/ISP
• Expert in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, dashboards, tracking)
• Experience building and executing project or implementation plans
• A calm, can-do personality that thrives in a collaborative team environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• English mother-tongue (Afrikaans second language would be a bonus)
