About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive

Sales Operations Manager

to oversee and manage the full sales support function of our business. This role sits at the intersection of sales, administration, stock control, and digital lead flow, ensuring that the sales team operates efficiently and that customers receive accurate, timely service.

This position reports

directly to the CEO

and plays a critical role in improving structure, accountability, and execution across the sales operation.

Key Responsibilities

Process sales orders from lead to completion Create, issue, and follow up on quotes and invoices Track stock levels and coordinate with operations to prevent shortages Coordinate daily activities and information flow with the sales team Manage client communication, enquiries, and after-sales queries Support and understand social media lead generation and inbound sales leads Work with and update content on a WordPress-based website (basic operational level) Maintain accurate sales records and internal reporting

Requirements

Proven experience in sales operations, sales administration, or a similar role Strong organisational and administrative skills Experience with invoicing, quotations, and order processing Solid understanding of stock tracking and inventory control Working knowledge of social media platforms and lead management Basic to intermediate understanding of WordPress Excellent communication and client-facing skills High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
