Sales Operations Assistant (CPT) Media/Marketing/Sales
Cape Town - Western Cape - South AfricaENVIRONMENT:Join a dynamic sales operations team in Cape Town, where you'll play a vital role in supporting their growing skincare distribution business. This fast-paced position offers the opportunity to work closely with the sales and agency networks across Southern Africa, providing essential operational support that drives the business forward. You'll report directly to the General Manager in an environment that values precision, efficiency, and collaborative problem-solving.DUTIES:

• Support the execution of the companys trading strategy across Southern African markets
• Manage all trade-related administrative tasks for customer and agency network
• Process and track sales orders to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain accurate customer and product databases
• Coordinate between sales teams, warehouses, and distributors
• Generate sales reports and assist with performance analysis
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Commerce or related field
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to work independently
• Previous experience in sales operations or administration is advantageous
