Job Summary Responsibilities include conducting market research, producing promotional materials and analyzing sales data. The successful candidate must be able to interpret customers behavior and suggest creative ways to increase brand awareness. The position will report to the Sales & Marketing Manager. Duties and responsibilities - Assist in advertising promotion and other marketing activities. - Help in reservations/bookings for new clients. - Monitoring of companys social media platform to get positive reviews. - Assist in preparation of events, marketing events. - Maintain the customer relationship management system and digital content. - Research and evaluate competitors marketing strategies and develop new strategies. - Assist in gathering comparative quotations from different clients/ service providers. - Help in identifying the gap within the department and propose new ideas. - Get to know and understand Clients expectations and value of their loyalty. - Assist in preparing marketing presentations. - Assist with reports writing and analyse data (e.g costs analysis, sales results) - Assist in suggesting ways to improve service delivery within the team and to our clients. - Provide support for marketing campaign planning and execution. - Be able to clearly convert their ideas and convey information to their colleagues, clients, or supervisors. JOB REQUIREMENTS - BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field - 3+ years proven work experience as a Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Officer, or similar role. - 2 years Experience in a 5-star lodge or Big 5 reserve within a similar lodge environment. - Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools - Experience with research methods using data analytics software. - Expertise with SEO/SEM campaigns - Solid computer skills, including MS Office, web analytics and Google AdWords. - Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management and Content Management System software - Excellent communication and presentation skills
