Job Description
Retail Sales Managers required for our Hearing Aid Outlets
With 25 retail branches nationwide and further expansion in the future, we are seeking confident and highly motivated individuals with a serious passion for sales! Experience in cold calling, call centre experience, generating and handling of leads, Insurance Industry or any commission-based selling experience where targets had to be achieved would be a plus for the applicant. Further to this, one will need the following:
Sales Managerial and Communication Skills
. Have the ability to reach KPI's/Targets
Computer Literate
Friendly and engaging, being able to interact comfortably with people
Driven/Ambitious and highly motivated
Enjoys a challenge and is prepared to write your own cheque
Negotiator
Preferably available immediately
. Own Transport [Preferred]
Salary: Basic Salary between R 10 000.00 and R 15 000.00 [depending on experience] plus an excellent commission incentive package.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R10000,00 - R15000,00 per month
Work Location: In person
